We are delighted to have helped a cosmetics company position themselves for a major market push. This project required census information, life-style data, and market research data, all combined into a gravity model. This was then used to develop a retail network and assign sales territories.

These activities may appear perfectly normal to our Western visitors, but it is all a bit radical here in Eastern Europe. We even had to generate our own life-style data by employing students to cycle around Bucharest with clip-boards.

As a follow-on, we have optimised delivery routes with significant cost savings to the customer. We like to think that we are making an active contribution to the beauty (or beauties!) of Bucharest.
