We are as flexible as possible with our ordering procedure and are prepared to accept orders by fax, e-mail, or as a full, written contract.

The main thing is to avoid ambiguities and so, especially for international orders, we usually provide a key map defining the area under discussion to ensure that we are talking about the same thing:  for example does a map of Morocco include the Western Sahara, or is that a separate region?

In order to be able to make you an offer, the following information is required:

 

Type of data (e.g. vector, raster,  Terrain Model)

          File format - ideally, also the software application to be used

Scale, projection and spheroid (by default, we offer UTM based on WGS84)

          Resolution (if a DTM /DEM is required)

Once we have this information, we will contact you by e-mail or phone.

These days, delivery is normally by FTP or on a CD-ROM and invoices are sent out to coincide with the despatch of the item.

We are also flexible about payment which can be by cheque, money order, Bank transfer, or credit card.  We accept both VISA and MasterCard.
