World Data  Data Availability 

Geo Strategies operates a very straight forward maintenance policy.
 

Data Maintenance

At the time of sale all maps are brought up-to-date using latest information based on our best efforts. However, over time, geographic information changes and we also derive more comprehensive &/or value-added data in both graphical form and as attributes.

Our customers have two possibilities:

1.      

To register for our data maintenance programme
This will entitle them to regular (annual) updates to the data sets they have purchased. This will ensure that they always have access to latest available information.

2.

To receive updates on demand
Naturally, we will supply updated map information on demand . . . for a suitable payment of course!

We are less comfortable with this approach as we are only too aware that it means that a number of customers are using out-of-date data. This is particularly worrying in enterprise-wide installations where people end up working on different data sets even within the same organisation.


Software Maintenance

All software we sell also has a maintenance option. As for geographic data, those customers who take out a software maintenance agreement receive upgrades as they become available.
